These Terms govern your access to trendaccess.info and use of our services including advice on car tuning, ECU remapping, dyno calibration, and parts recommendations. By engaging our services you accept these Terms.

  • Services: Descriptions are indicative; final specifications are agreed in writing.
  • Estimates: Quoted prices and times are estimates and may change with vehicle inspection or scope changes.
  • Third-party parts: Sourced parts may carry separate warranties from manufacturers or distributors.
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Your Rights

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to services and goods supplied to a consumer, including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and repairs.

Quick guide
  • If a service is not provided with due care and skill you may be entitled to remedies including re-performance or refund.
  • For major failures of goods, you may seek refund or replacement under ACL.
  • For issues with aftermarket parts, warranty rights may be with the parts manufacturer.

Disclaimer & Limitations

All tuning and modification work carries inherent risks. Trendaccess provides recommendations based on experience and available data but cannot guarantee outcomes for every vehicle configuration.

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential damage to your vehicle following modifications where instructions or limits are exceeded.
  • Warranty issues arising from manufacturer warranty voidance after modifications.
  • Losses due to incorrect installation by third parties outside our control.
Engine tuning

Warranty, Returns & Parts

Where we supply parts we will advise the applicable warranty. For third-party products, warranty remedies are handled through the supplier or manufacturer. If you believe a supplied product is faulty, contact us promptly with proof of purchase.

If you have a complaint please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it:

If unresolved, you may refer issues to external Australian bodies such as the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or NSW Fair Trading.

Consumer FAQ (Accordion)

Modifications can affect manufacturer warranties. It depends on the manufacturer and the nature of the modification. We advise checking with your vehicle manufacturer and keeping records of work carried out.

Contact us immediately. We will review logs and may re-tune or rollback depending on the issue. ACL remedies apply for services not provided with due care.

Raise the issue via our Contacts page and provide proof of purchase and details. We will assess and respond in line with ACL and supplier warranties.
